Yeah, no problem, we can ship to your country.

UNIFY can ship single item samples or large orders to WORLDWIDE.

 

There are two kinds of software products – downloading version and retail package. If you purchased downloading version that means the Software can be downloaded from our website. After purchase, the register code will be sent to you by email. So please provide your CORRECT email address to us when you make purchase. If you purchased retail package, we will ship software within retail box to you by international courier.

 

If product name includes “free shipping”, then you do not need to pay for shipping cost. Free available for every country.

For products without “free shipping”, shipping fee is not included in the item prices, you need to use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order.

Please put the desired number of items in your shopping cart. Then click the 'Estimate Shipping Costs' link, and choose your country to preview shipping prices for different shipping services.

 

We currently ships small and medium sized orders by international couriers. If you make large order, we will provide shipping by air cargo (above 50kg or 110lb) or by sea (above 500kg or 1100lb). Shipping by sea is much cheaper than shipping by international couriers.

 

Due to difference circumstances in different countries at different time, we have to use our discretion in choosing our courier. All we need from our customers is the length of time in which they desire to receive their products, and we will choose the courier according to that requirement.

 

Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. That way, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized.

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order at.

 

Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and package them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard air express shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. Processing takes 1-2 days normally.

 

When you sign up for a UNIFY customer account you are indicating that you agree to the policies and terms we've published in our website.

 

UNIFY sends goods to you from China. As such, you (or the consignee) are IMPORTING. In many countries this means you will be liable for import duties and other taxes. It's your responsibility to find out about this, and your responsibility to pay the taxes/charges on receipt of the items.

 

Generally most of the couriers can not deliver to PO box. So please offer us a street address. You need a valid phone number in your account for delivery
