Shipping Your Order
- We will ship our products worldwide.
- We are NOT able to ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. You must provide a physical home or office address and a contact phone number for the delivery.
- We currently ship small orders (less than 50kg or 110lb) by air express (such as EMS, POST, FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT... depending on your destination, but no choice is allowed). Most purchased orders will be shipped out in 1 business day, and tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the order is shipped out. If there is any issue in your order, we will contact you via email or telephone in time.
- Most packages arrive in 2-5 business days in most countries. Very few packages may be delayed by customs verification processes that are different in each country. When package arrives, the courier will call you to arrange the delivery.

- For order over 50kg or 110lb, you can choose to ship by air cargo. The shipping fee is about 3-5USD/kg + 150USD handling charge per order. We will send proforma invoice, packing list, air way bill to you. For most countries, The goods should arrive in 1 week from departure.
- For order over 1000kg or 2200lb, you can choose to ship by sea or portage. The shipping fee is as low as 0.1USD/kg + 150USD handling charge per order.We will send proforma invoice, packing list, sea way bill to you. For most countries, The goods should arrive in 2-4 weeks from departure.
- Shipping fee is calculated by our shopping cart system base on the weight, shipping way and your destination. If you purchase multiple products in one order, our shopping cart will combine shipping fee and save money for you.
- If import duty is required, it is need to be paid by customers.
Receiving Your Order
- Before signing for the delivery receipt, please open the package in front of the deliveryman to check the transportation condition of the products. Once you signed for it, it means the products is in good condition and reaches intact, you will also lose the right to call to account the responsibility of the delivery.
- During the check process, if you find the products (including attachment and accessory) were damaged or not intact during the transportation, you must refuse to sign for it and contact with us immediately to protect your right.
- We promise that before sending the goods, we will do double check on your order and pack it very carefully.
