How to buy?

How to make an order from our website?

Here are some step-by-step instructions to help you make an order from our website

• Register a customer account on our website for free.
• Log in your customer account.
• Search or browse products, and if you wish to buy them, type a number in the quantity box and click "Add to cart". You can add just one piece item if you want. You can remove them later or adjust the quantities if you change your mind. Products you've added to your shopping cart are saved there while you looking at more items. Your cart is even saved for next time if you log out or accidentally close your browser.
• If you want to find out the total price including shipping, click "Estimate Shipping Costs" in the shopping cart page.
• The first checkout page is "address book", you can edit you billing address or change shipping address.
• At the second checkout page you can choose shipping methods. We offer free shipping for some kind of items, If we offer free shipping for the items you want, you can not choose shipping methods. On the same webpage you can also choose the payment method you prefer. In the textbox "Special Instructions or Comments", you can add special request for your order. e.g. the declared value of the package that you wish for customs purposes.
• If you choose paypal, you can click paypal link to pay for your order directly; If you do not want to pay it now, you can click "Place An Order" to make an order first and pay it later. You will receive an email confirming your order information.

We will begin to process your order when the payment is cleared. After we send out your order, we will email you the tracking number and tracking links to your registered email address.

How can I check the status of my order after payment?

During the process of purchase, you should receive several emails from us. There will be an email confirming your order information and we will also email you the tracking number after we ship out your order. You also can log in your customer account to check status of all of your orders. You can also contact with our online customer service to get help.

How can I view prices on your website in different currencies?

Can an order be made without using the website?

We prefer our customers to order through our website. You can place orders directly for the products you like. However, if you want to order in other ways, or have questions about ordering, please contact our sales representatives by email or live chat or telephone

What if I am making a large / bulk order?

Buying multiple the same product in one order will enjoy wholesale discounts. Discounts vary according to the quantity. The more quantity you buy, and more discount you get. If a particularly large number, please contact sales for more concessions.

What is the MOQ of the order?

Only a few items require MOQ, it will be indicated clearly in product page. Except these items, there is no minimum order quantity, and we can ship single item as samples or large quantity orders worldwide.

How to pay?

Payment methods accepted

• For order less than 1000USD, we accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, E-check, Paypal, Wire Transfer and Western Union.
• For order over 1000USD, we only accept Wire Transfer and Western Union.
• Wire Transfer is our favorite payment type, this will save transaction fee for us. We will give extra 2% discount on Wire Transfer payment.

All above payment ways and calculation are integrated in our online cart system. After you have checked items out, you can choose your favorite way, and follow the instruction step by step to finish your payment.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

No, sorry, please pay for your order in full, in advance, by bank transfer, western union or Paypal.

Is paying by bank transfer/western union free?

No, they are not free. You may have to pay a fee when the money is sent to us by bank transfer/western union.

About bank transfer/western union fee

If you pay by bank transfer, please ask your bank to provide you with clear details so you can account for this fee when you pay. For example, if you are paying for a order of $500, and the bank will charge $25 to transfer, please submit for the transfer $525. If you only submit $500 then the payment that arrives with us (in this example) will only be $475 and we won't be able to send your full order.We pay for any bank currency conversion fees. You can submit bank transfer payments in any currency.if you pay by western union, you need to go to an western union branch. Please also ask them to provide you clear details so you can account for the fee. Please submit the amount including transfer fee.

If I have a special order to pay, I can not find suitable product in your shop, how can I pay?

We create a special order category for you. In that category, there are only two products - 1USD Product and 0.01USD Product.For example, if you want to pay 25USD, you can add 25 of 1USD Product to cart, if you want to pay 123.98USD, you can add 123 of 1USD Product and 98 of 0.01USD Product to the cart.

Can you ship to "my country"?

Yeah, no problem, we can ship to your country. We can ship single item samples or large orders to WORLDWIDE.

How do you shipping software products to me?

There are two kinds of software products – downloading version and retail package. If you purchased downloading version that means the Software can be downloaded from our website. After purchase, the register code will be sent to you by email. So please provide your CORRECT email address to us when you make purchase. If you purchased retail package, we will ship software within retail box to you by international courier.

Is shipping included in the prices?

If product name includes “free shipping”, then you do not need to pay for shipping cost. Free available for every country. For products without “free shipping”, shipping fee is not included in the item prices, you need to use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order.Please put the desired number of items in your shopping cart. Then click the 'Estimate Shipping Costs' link, and choose your country to preview shipping prices for different shipping services.

If I order products from your website, how would you ship them to me?

We currently ships small and medium sized orders by international couriers. If you make large order, we will provide shipping by air cargo (above 50kg or 110lb) or by sea (above 500kg or 1100lb). Shipping by sea is much cheaper than shipping by international couriers.

Why can't I choose my desired courier?

Due to difference circumstances in different countries at different time, we have to use our discretion in choosing our courier. All we need from our customers is the length of time in which they desire to receive their products, and we will choose the courier according to that requirement.

How do I save on shipping?

Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. That way, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized.

How can I trace my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order at.

How long will it take to delivery?

Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and package them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard air express shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. Processing takes 1-2 days normally.
