We currently ship small and medium sized orders (less than 20kg or 44lb) by international couriers (such as EMS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT). Most purchased orders will be shipped out in 24 hours, and tracking number email will be sent to you as soon as the order is shipped out. If there is any issue in your order, we will contact you via email or telephone in time.
Most packages arrive in 2-4 business days in most counties. When package arrives, the courier will call you to arrange the delivery.

Before signing for the delivery receipt, please open the package in front of the deliveryman to check the transportation condition of the products.
