Warranty Term and Conditions

We (the Company) warrants that the product shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in the course of normal usage when purchased from authorized dealers for the duration of the warranty.

The warranty period are listed in product description page for most items. If it is not listed, the default warranty period is six months from the date of purchase.

The warranty will be rendered null and void in the event of:

• 1. Unauthorized alteration, modification of the item by personnel other than the Company.
• 2. Damaged by accident, abnormal power supply, misuse, fire, lightning, and any Act of God.

The Company will not be liable for any costs incurred to transport the item to and from the service centre and will not be responsible for any mishaps or loss of item during transportation.

The Company will not be liable for any:

• 1. Direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of the terms and conditions set in the warranty or under any other legal theory.
• 2. Loss of data, profits or goodwill; damage or destruction of any data, programs, equipment or other properties, cost of recovering, reprogramming or reproducing any data, programs or equipment; personal loss, injury or any other damages.
